I agree. For time after time politics have slammed video games for all the problems in our society. Video games are not the problem. The problem is you. You and your lame excuses piss me off.
I think I need that thing man. I cant go very high up before I have second thoughts. The best thing to get over your fear of heights, is to have your friends force you to climb a water tower. That will help.
A couple years ago a kid from my school went on the Log Ride in the Mall of America. He got so scared half way through he decided he would stand up and jump off. He fell a few stories and landed on one of those rock ledges. The fall broke his back. The Mall of America closed that day. He was rushed to the hospital. He was later pronounced dead. I still remember that being on the news and I've asked my friends if they remember that. A lot of them said they're older siblings were friends with that kid. I think our school should have a memorial or something for him, but I guess we dont.
The moral of this story, is dont force anyone to do something that they're afraid of. Have them face it step by step, by their pace. Outtie.

Sounds like a dumbass to me. I'm sure everyone will think I'm cold-hearted, but I think that guy deserves a Darwin Award. Really. Do you think you'll be safer jumping a few stories onto rock ledges than in a rollercoaster?

how did he manage to stand up if he was in a rollercoaster? surely there's things that prevent that

It's sort of a roller coaster. You get into a "log" and float on the water. Theres huge drops and shit so you get soaked, but anyways... There are no seat belts in this one. It might have changed since this accident, but whenever I have gone it had nothing preventing you, which is probably why he got scared.
I mean, the drops are huge so when he was looking at the drop height, he probably was so afraid he was going to fly out or something like that.
Like I said, I dont have all the details.

well there are a lot of stories about aaccidents in parks, like one guy that was decapitaded when cutting the grass, he grass was really close to the rollecoster. other one what a guy chasing a hat he jumped to a prohibited area and a shoe killed him, or was a feet

Someone once fell out of the Mindbender at West Edmonton Mall and died because the safetly restraint wasn't put on properly or something... i don't remember the details. i was a little kid.
But the Mindbender is this rollercoaster in the amusement park at the mall that has 2 or 3 (i can't remember) upsidedown loops and a few huge drops, and the girl fell out at died.
kinda scary.

i remember the mind bender shit, if im correct there was a strike at the theme park and they hired scabs and they only used the seatbelts and not the shoulder restraints so like half a dozen people were killed

lots of accidents happen at theme parks. ..lots of the times, it's cuz people are doing stuff they shouldn't be doing. disney has had some accidents. i remember something about a guy being killed cuz this bigass metal thing hit him. ...it wasn't his fault though. but disney's good at keeping people quiet cuz they don't want to ruin their reputation.
