Whip'em Out Wednesday. People put W.O.W bumperstickers on their cars, and in theory on the Wednesday that it's held the cars with bumper stickers get free boobage from the female participants :P That was the theory at least, but the bumper stickers were pretty freakin' popular.

I think the radio station that did it has since been sued and closed, so. Maybe that's not such a good idea . . . ;)
