I want people know that I will admit to having a long time desire of this movie to finally be made. I waited on baited breath when I heard that it was in the works and now it has finally arrived. TRANSFORMERS BABY! (http://www.transformersmovie.com/)

How freaking cool is it that the best cartoon and toy ever made is now a live action movie? Well. I'll tell ya...It's UBERCOOL!
I remember lining up to the theater as a 9 year old, 65lb kid, full of uncontrollable energy, when the first cartoon movie came out. The days spent with my buddy in the back yard drilling to the center of the earth with Devastator (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constructicons).
Now don't judge me thinking I'm a fan boy or anything okay. Yes, I have the movie poster and a tattoo (http://www.flickr.com/photos/37414929@N00/314455804/), but I don't have the toys anymore... (wish I never gave those to my younger cousin... little shit just broke em anyway... lousy no good...) anyhooo.
I was lined up Monday night with about 300 other dudes and dudettes all there for the same reason. Heck, even a bus driver started singing the theme to the cartoon when he stopped out front of the theater. The reason we were there was to go back in time and remember what it was like to be a kid again and to bring up the fondness of the idea: How awesome would it be to have a Transformer as a buddy.
So, if you ever had the toy or watched the show, be sure to check it out cause it's a great movie.
Peace.
