Help needed

Ok, so awhile back I befriended this guy for the sole purpose of getting someone to install stuff on my computer for me (no I couldn't do it myself). I hung out with him and had a nice time, apart from his hulking creepy persona.

Well apparently he has held this "flame" for me and I am soooooooooo not interested. I have told him in the past that I wasn't interested in him in that way, but I have obviously not gotten through to him.

Tonight he started talking to me again and asks me, and I quote, "Do I have your permission to woo you"

What do you say to someone who talks like that?!?!?!?!

Anyway I need some help. I don't want to hurt the poor sap's feelings, but I really don't want anything to do with him.

Becoming a nice person again sucks. :(
