i have darklight...but i pre-ordered it..and im going too pittsburg for a concert:)...anyway, darklight is like, the emo love songs album...i prefer "greatest love songs vol: 666" or razorblade romance.
good choice though, my favorite song would have too be, face of god, or wings of a butterfly

rip out the wings of a butterfly is my ultimate favorite on there

these are the top 3 afterwards:
1. under the rose
2. vampire heart
3. killing loneliness

The only song of their I have heard was a cover of "Don't fear the reaper" on Vol. 666 - Did'n like it too much. But Covers are always iffy.

Can anyone tell me why we shouldn't fear the reaper? He seems like a pretty fearful guy to me.

Ya they are, not to popular tho.
Same with Taproot, I think they're pretty good, but people are like "who?"

If this thread is about music in general, I'm gonna plop my plug in for "Okkervil River" - saw them live at their first canadian show last week and they rocked ass.

taproot is OKAY. they're not that great...they have a couple good songs. Wednesday 13 (who is the guy in the pic next to my name) is frickin greatness. you should all check out his stuff. some of you will probably not like it though. he was also in a band called Frankenstein Drag Queens...good stuff there too. he was also the singer for the Murderdolls. anywayz...the new Disturbed album is good too.

That sweet stuff man, thanks for posting I love the Gorillaz.

Too bad how the rappers were behind the beat though, must be something to do with the monitoring onstage and the feed to the broadcast booth.

Cool stuff though. I wonder if it looked 3D in the theater or not.

not sure but it looked kool as hell. and i thought it was funny how the singer was playing with his phone when the rappers started haha. did you know that the singer for the gorrilaz is the same singer for Blur? which their only hit was song #2 but it was still good.

Threeboy
11-17-2005, 06:27 PM
i knew that - they're like a modern super group, with the prozzak type of deal (cartoons).

Blur had tons of hits, just not here - they also had 'boys and girls'

koajack

SiegeTheGrave
11-22-2005, 12:50 AM
yeah the beatles are greatness. i love 'em. i don't listen to them as much as i used to but that's cuz i have so much metal to listen to and not enough time or money to get everything i want lol.

koajack

boys and girls is such a kinky songdon't think i ever heard it.

Who like boys to be girls
Who do boys like they're girls
Who do girls like they're boys
Always should be someone you really love
