seriously if he was so bad wouldnt he be partying hardy with all the bad people down there?if he was good he would torture them like so many say he does. so... is he realy a bad guy?

err...I would say bad, considering that he is FRIKKIN SATAN. He is EVIL man!
Plus, who is to say that he tortures people in hell. He was put in hell in order to be punished. They are just punished as a result of being in that environment...HELL
