Ommigosh
With that single line Budderfly has made me feel a hundred years old. Gunners was the first concert I ever went to back in 92 I think it was. Outside job, at Calder Park Raceway outside Melbourne, 40°C most of the day, then the storm hit, the storm that flipped planes 100 km away on the tarmack, then it stopped rainning and we tried to mosh with 3 inches of mud on our boots. Man I feel old. tee hee Rose Tattoo and Skid Row in support. My funniest rock moment was my first too, Sebastian Bach from Skid Row slipped ass up in a puddle of water. Never liked him, so I pissed myself laughing.
*wipes a tear from his eye* Those are the days. You know, back then, I had to walk 20 miles in the snow bare foot to get to a rock concert.... You kiddies today have it too easy with your flash new cars and..... kill me now.

Yeah I remember back in 92...
1992 - GnR/Metallica Concert: GnR were supposed to come play in Vancouver BC Canada, and Axl pulled a no show. So we caused a riot. Due to injury, Metallica couldn't come. (Understandable -> see below)
1992- GnR/Metallica Concert: Axl "Pose" slandered James Hetfield in Montreal for not continuing to play after his hand melted to a guitar from one of the pyrotechnics that evening. Pissing off the fans in the process, he caused a riot.
2002 - GnR concert: Axl wanting to kick off his tour in Vancouver in order to make up for his no show 10 years ago, ended up not happening. Rumors are that Axl was here but arrived late. GM Place (the venue) said because we have a city bylaw to keep noise level down after 11pm, we cannot let you play. Hello! GM Place is soundproof, but again, it was a rumor. Pissed off fans rioted again, vandalizing GM Place in the process.

I’m impressed that a young man has such advanced theological and political views.
I’m also dumbfounded as to how a wank like Axl Rose could cause a riot of any kind.

thats cool you learned it from pop up video, but see Conan O'Brien is a hell of a lot funnier then pop up video, and conan obrien is my hero, funniest man alive, way funnier then leno or that ass letterman.
in a different story can you guys believe dallas lost to indiana? i was heart broken, i mean michael finley had 42 points the game before then he shot 35% the next game, and dirk nowitzki shot 20% and nash shot 43% i believe, the big 3 usually combines for 70 +points but that game none of em broke 30, and i think dirk didnt break 20. they were also one game off tying the leagues all time record at 15-0 , oh well 14-1 is still good

Speaking of Aussies - how did you find TrueNuff? I didn't realize Australia was such a highly connected country (I don't mean at all, but I mean per capita) because we seem to get a lot of Aussies and even a handful of Kiwis here at TrueNuff. I personally think it's awesome, but wonder how you guys are finding us?

Well I started reading the comic after I found the link off Threeboy's site. I've told a few people I know about Truenuff, I don't know if they actually read the comic though.
(Yes I've been lurking the forums for awhile)

All us Aussies use the same connection which is a bit of a shit, specially since the computer with the interwebdohicky on it is in Sydney, but I was in line once and there was this dear old granny sending an email to her friend Ethyl in New Zealand in front of me, and when she left she hadn't closed the window she was reading TrueNuff in, so I started reading then.....
I read once that per capita Australia was becoming either the most computerised, or the most connected, can't remember any more, but we are a nation of really fat hairy blokes who scratch them selves and call themselves "cutegurl24" in chatrooms so watch out......
As for where I found TrueNuff..... CSNation once pointed out Threeboy's sprays, like 18 months ago maybe? Buggered if I can remember any more. But I visited the desktops page, and the CS page, and kinda ignored the TrueNuff page for months and months and months, then one day I was a bit bored and checked out. Been hooked ever since. Read for months before I registered tho.
As a side note, had the hamster with an AK wallpaper for months, and then changed to the chicken one for another few months, and then finally ended up with the Christmas Hamster one I think December last year. Currently have one from Heavy Rotation now tho.

Not Aussie, but I think there was a link on Planet Half-Life a long while back that went to Threeboy's CS page. That's how I found TrueNuff (I think). Can't speak for the folks down under, as I live in Iowa, the land of GE corn and soybeans.
