That's bullshit.
I read plenty of books.
Just most of them have to with things like...war...or vietnam...or WWII...or spying.
I read alot of Tom clancy...
Oh and I did read LOTR damnit, and I hated it.

why'd you wait in line? i thought you watched it on the plane..
which leads me to my next question... do they show just released movies on airplanes now? it's been a while since i flew...

Actually, i think he means while he was in Miami he saw it maybe?
It was good, despite what people say. People who complain that it wasn't exactly like the book are on crack, because if it were exactly like the book it would be friggin boring. The books are long. It was 2 & a half hours as it was.
I just fret that by the time they get to the fifth book all the actors are going to be like 21 when they should be fifteen =/ Doing tequila shots between takes.
Erm. Anyway.
One of my friends bought the tickets online a day early. Only $1 extra, yay Clearview cinemas.
i saw it b4 i left kind of a going away present...man i miss my old friends...

Are they still supposed to be 15 in book 5?
Or does he not age naturally?
I'm confused.
Well, it's not like I care.
man it could be like pokemon epidsodes! they were on the adventure for like 12 years.
but they don't look differnt and don't change their clothes!!!!!

each book is one year out of their lives, starting when they were 11... so in book 3 (the movie that's out right now) they're 13 so in book 5 they'll be 15.... and kel, i read that daniel radcliffe (harry) might not stick around for book 5 and they'll get a new Harry.

You simply cannot "follow" the book in movies, because it would take too long. Imagine, the LoTR would be 10 hours EACH, instead of 12~13 hours for the three.
wtf..! they can't change harry.
that would ruin it for me.
daniel radcliffe is an ass. what, does he think he's going to get OTHER movie deals? I dont understand the obsession. he's not cute. he's not a spectacular actor. they are all mediocre together. it would be a sucky movie if i didn't love the books.
yes, i'm too sexy for my shift key.

i agree. the movies are nowhere near as good as the books.. but i was reading this article about radcliffe and he was saying how he might retire from harry.. something about being too old for the role or something. he'll definitely be in the 4th movie but he's not sure about the 5th. i don't even know if they're going to make all 7 movies.. whatever. as long as ron stays the same, i'll be happy.

i don't think he is 13 hehe.. he is in the movie though! the books are great i finnaly got around to reading the 5th one and i look forward to the movie.... and the recent movie isn't exactly like the book it leaves out a few details but like they said the movie would be 203821093 hours long if it was exactly the same. then again if any of you have seen "The Great Gatsby" the book and movie are the same as far as i can tell they even say the same things however it is a horrible book/movie in my opinion

I heard they were filming the 4th and 5th at the same time as the 3rd.
Probably, but nonetheless they're aging faster than they can shoot the movie. Between screenwriting and rewrites and retakes and just general shiznazz, puberty > hollywood.

yup, in a kinda-sorta-related note, Mary-kate and asley are supposivly 18 today, proving just how fast people do age.

You're RIGHT! They managed to become 18 EXACTLY 18 YEARS AFTER THEY WERE BORN!
Holy shit!
