Three...you're LJ cracks me up. and after reading that, i'm glad i don't have one lol. but yeah, that's funny shit. 2D does rule...i don't like 3D games much...the camera angles like to piss me off a lot lol

harvest moon pwnz any other SNES game. except cool spot. or desert strike. or donkey kong 1, 2 and 3. damn, in retrospect, the snes pwned! *runs off, plugs in snes*

Gradius kicked ass and I used to play all the Ultima games to quench my jones of Zelda. Kid Icarus rawked too.
My friends mom still plays her NES games and I even join in with her sometimes. We'd have Duck Hunt tourneys.

what about frickin F-Zero? that game kicked ass. i also liked the Donkey Kong on SNES way better as well as Tetris. and Earthworm Jim was the shit too. ah memories...

Haha. My mom gets a new gameboy like every 2 years..because she plays some form of tetris until they all die.
I think my dad is getting her a GBA or something for christmas because her color gameboy died.
She just likes to play it when she can't sleep and such...which must be often if these sons of bitches keep going dead.

It's funny to think that I could of easily of been a Nintendo fan boy (late but nevertheless). Once the old new generation consoles (PS, N64, Saturn) were coming out I didn't know which was the best to get. The only reason I got a Playstation was because it come out about a week earlier then the Nintendo 64. Once the N64 came out and I saw all the kickass games that came out on it I thought i should of held out. But soon enough games like Final Fantasy 7, Metal Gear Solid, Syphon Filter, Silent Hill were coming out and I never doubted my choice again.

I had more fun with NES than the SNES. NES games were way more fun!
Yeah there was some good games for SNES (F-Zero, Mortal Kombat, Tetris, Mario Kart's debut game etc.) but I was dissappointed with Zelda and Super Metroid and a few others. I think I reached my Nintendo plateau at that point and grew bored with SNES easily. But then N64 came out and I got excited about gaming again.
I have never doubted Nintendo since then.
naw man the best 2D games were ninja gaiden dragon warrior and punchout
