yeah, i've got one of the better deals, 75GB peak(8am-midnight) 75 GB off peak(rest of the time)
its not like its a small ammount of downloads, but it can get costly...
once you hit your cap, some companies cap your speed down to like 64k, others lube up and charge you up the arse... (and some dont even lube up)

I'm on 55 gig downloads a month, no peak vs offpeak, and no charge for uploads.

But yeah, I get bumped to 56k when I go over, except for free content like my ISPs website, their games website and games servers, their hosted radio stations, and a few other things.
