Just as Jeff alluded earlier we are making a series of donations to a few charities this year.

The second on our list of charities we're donating to this year is the Child's Play Charity founded by Penny Arcade in 2003. Child's Play is an international toy drive for children in hospitals all over the world and has raised over three million dollars in all it's years. In addition to helping kids, the charity also helps shed the negative stereotypes that video games get in the mainstream press. It's just great stuff all around.

Tycho & Gabe are class acts. When they started Penny Arcade they accepted donations, as many sites do now (hell, even we did that when we started out). However, years later they're running a million dollar yearly charity. Not many people do that kind of stuff.
